Forms (3)

I clicked on the folder in the Forms page next to the National Officers/Committees and the icon changed from a closed folder to an open folder, but nothing is there.? What happened?

First, it is working correctly.? Unfortunately, the specific National Officer and/or National Committee Chairman has not sent their form to the Webmaster as of yet.? As soon as it is received it will be posted to the website, so check back soon.

NOTE:? you should also check the website before you do any reporting so that you will have to most up-to-date form to submit your information on.

When I clicked on the form, it opens another tab and all I see is a white screen.

This is evidence that your computer is loading the form from your computer via the stored cookie it placed on your computer. Your browser has options to either load pages from the cookies stored on your computer or retrieve the most recent one from the website server. Why you may ask? It all has to do with speed. Loading from your computer is always faster than pulling it down from the server.

OK, now to resolve. While in this “white screen”, you need to hit CTL-F5, that is the the control key (has CTL on it) and depress Function key 5 (has F5 on it) and then release.?? (Ignore the dash, that is just how it is written).? This forces a reload of the page or document. The Adobe Form should reload in your browser window.

ISSUE:? I know I entered my login and password correctly, but I received the following error message:

ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.

SOLUTION:? Try clicking on the “Login” button again and “patiently” waiting for it to login in.

Why do I have to do this??? There may be several reasons that can be very technical to explain, but the two most common reasons are that there may be a “caching” issue or it is because of the “Brute Force Login” attempts, (also known as “DDoS”), all websites in the US and other countries are experiencing.

A Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack is an attempt to make an online service unavailable by overwhelming it with traffic from multiple sources. They target a wide variety of important resources, from banks to news websites, and present a major challenge to making sure people can publish and access important information.? Smaller websites are more of a target than larger because they usually cannot protect themselves better as larger websites and companies can.

If you would like to know more about DDoS, please visit the website below and view the current ongoing attacks.? You can use your mouse to hover over the various countries and cities to see more detailed information.? Clicking on the “Understanding DDoS” will allow you to watch a very short video in layman’s terms to clarify it better.
